HSC Exam 2024 Update News for the postponed exam. The Higher Secondary Education Board has decided to conduct the HSC and Equivalent Exams from August 11, 2024, for the subject that was postponed due to the Quota Movement.
However, the date has been postponed exam due to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s resignation. As a result, the authority has officially changed the date again.

The first meeting of the interim government was held at the State Guest House, Jamuna, on Friday, August 9th. After the meeting, which started at 12 PM, Syeda Rizwana Hasan, an advisor to the interim government, briefed the media. The meeting was attended by the heads of the three armed forces, the Inspector General of Police, and various ministry secretaries.
Syeda Rizwana Hasan stated that there hasn’t been a concrete decision or discussion regarding the reopening of educational institutions and the postponed HSC exams. She emphasized that improving the law and order situation is essential before making any decisions. Many police stations are still not fully operational, and once the situation improves, a decision regarding the HSC exams will be made.
The meeting also discussed various other topics, including freedom of expression, reopening educational institutions in consultation with teachers, involving students in government ministries, restructuring the state’s framework, making leadership changes to revitalize the financial sector, and controlling the market.
In response to journalists’ questions, Syeda Rizwana Hasan mentioned that it is not possible to discuss the tenure of the government at this time. The duration of the government will depend on the nature of the reforms needed to steer the country towards democracy.
